Stacking Velocities for Different Offsets in the Medium with Laterally Inhomogeneous Layer

In this paper, we consider the behaviour of stacking velocities, depending on the NMO offsets. For small offsets, stacking velocity can be expressed in terms of the second-order derivative of the moveout function.
