Analysis and Research on the Application of Internet Technology in Sports Track and Field Teaching

This article takes the innovative research of college sports track and field teaching under the Internet technology as the topic, adopts the literature method, expert interview method, etc., to discuss how to better integrate information technology in the Internet era with college physical education, and then improve college students' understanding of sports.
