EnglishPrimary non-Hodgkin lymphomas of the gastrointestinal tract are rare, occurring in 0.9% of cases. They are associated with inflammatory disease, previous radiation therapy, and kidney transplant. Computed tomography allows its diagnosis and staging, endoscopy being nonspecific. However, the definitive diagnosis is histological, with positive immunohistochemistry for CD20, CD10, and Bcl6 and translocation of the c-myc gene. The treatment of choice is surgical combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
