Objective: To explore into the humanized management of head nurse under the new circumstances.Methods: Carry out a humanized management to the nurse,boost the morale of nurses,ease the nurse's pressure.Results: Degree of job satisfaction of nurses were reinforced.The patients feels satisfied to nursing services,nurse-patient relationships were harmony;nurses and doctors worked together with tacit understanding.Conclusion: Under the new circumstances,a head nurse should pay more attention to the needs of nurses and respect for nurses,and create a good governance environment to promote the career development of nurses.
