Image characteristics of optical coherence tomography of 30 cases of high myopia with macular traction

Objective: To observe the characteristics of image of optical coherence tomography(OCT) performed on high myopia with macular traction and its clinical significance Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with macular traction-related macular damage dignosed by OCT,B-scan ultrasonography were retrospectively analyzed.The features of images of OCT with macular traction-related macular damage were observed.Results: Five types were found in the images of OCT in the patients with macular traction.In the 30 patients simple macular foveal thickness was found in 10,retinoschisis was found in 5,macular hole was found in 4,cystoid macular edema was found in 7,retinal detachment in 5.Conclusion: OCT is apotentiai tool for detecting and monitory high myopia with macular traction.
