Known good die : Flexible solutions for space

This paper will address some of the reasons why the use of Bare Die is generally increasing in the market place including the space market. Criteria for selecting Die and the need for additional screening to the traditional testing of Die is reviewed. Known Good Die are considered including an overview of the test methods used to guarantee performance are also discussed.
