NS stud welding method for connecting steel pipe sheet piles to footing concrete of steel pipe pile foundation

A combination cofferdam and steel pipe sheet pile foundation requires the steel pipe sheet piles to be connected to the footing concrete. To make this connection, a method was developed whereby long deformed bars of 19-mm diameter are stud welded to the steel pipe sheet piles.
