Usefulness of magnetic resonance imaging for diagnosing an anomalous coronary artery coursing between aorta and pulmonary trunk

1994
Abstract In summary, magnetic resonance imaging can provide definitive confirmation of the course of anomalous left and right coronary arteries that pass between the aorta and pulmonary artery. Magnetic resonance imaging may be the diagnostic procedure of choice in adults to confirm this clinically important anomaly when coronary angiography is inconclusive.
