Study on Process Parameters of Ni_(0.2)Cu_(0.2)Zn_(0.6)Fe_2O_4 Ferrite Sintered at Low Temperature

Ni0.2Cu0.2Zn0.6Fe2O4 ferrite was prepared by co-precipitation method.The effects of preparation parameters as well as boric acid doping on the microstructure and magnetic properties of ferrite were investigated.The results indicate that forming pressure,holding time,sintering temperature,boric acid doping have remarkable influences on compact density and saturated magnetization of NiCuZn ferrite.With the increase of molding pressure,holding pressure for certain time and adding a certain amount of boric acid doping,the compact density and saturation magnetization correspondingly increase.Through the optimization of process parameters,a good saturation magnetization is obtained and sintering process at lower temperature is achieved.The optimum process: forming pressure 300 MPa,holding pressure for 4 min,sintering at 900 ℃.
