Clinical analysis on the uterine tumours through the coloured Doppler imaging

2012
Objective To investigate the application value of coloured Doppler technology in judging benign or malignant uterine tumours. Methods We selected 48 normal fertile women who were put in the control group and 48 women with tumour in the tumour group, and analyzed the arterial blood flow of the uterus and tumours. Results The results showed that, the new blood vessels were observed remarkably in both of the carcinoid and malignancy, and the arterial blood flow of the uterine with tumour increased. The PI value and RI value of uterine arterial blood were(1.81 + 0.56)and(1.782 + 0.58)in the control group,(1.39 + 0.65)and(1.235 + 0.49)in the tumour group,(1.5301 ± 0.259)and(1.520 + 0.427)in the benign tumour group,(0.9871 ± 0.368)and(0.611 + 0.395)in the malignant tumour group. There were significant differences in the arterial blood PI and RI between the tumour group and the contrast group, and also between the benign group and malignant group(P< 0.01).Conclusion The Coloured Doppler imaging function helpfully improve the diagnosis and judgement of benign and malignant uterine tumours.
