INCIDENCIA EN LA INGESTA DE BEBIDA FORTIFICADA SOBRE LOS VALORES PROTEICOS Y FERROSOS DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL INSTITUTO PEDAGOGICO “LUIS BELTRÁN PRIETO FIGUEROA”

This investigation one is framed in the quantitative paradigm, considered of field and has like purpose of investigating the incidence of the ingestion of the drink fortified of high nutritional value with rice and frijol on the protein and ferrous values of 10 students of the tenth semester of Biology of the UPEL-IPB, to those who laboratory analysis was applied to them (total Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, proteins and divided and serico iron) and to successfully obtain the information was used a rating scale. The analysis and interpretation of the results version 12 was made by means of a statistical process with program SPSS, in where the obtained results threw the effectiveness of the drink fortified in the people with low serico iron levels and proteins, whereas in the people who were within the normal values and ingested the fortified drink these levels stay thanks to the regulation of the functions of the human body, called homeostatic process, producing reduction of the levels by means of the increase of great amounts of the serico iron and proteins contributed by the ingestion of the fortified drink.
