The Prognosis of Cervical adenocarcinoma and its influential factors

In this paper,146 cases with cervical adenocarcinoma were reviewed to approach their prognosis and the influenc-ing factors.The result indicated that:the total survival rate of 1.3.4.10.15years was 7.0%,45.3%,28.6%.20.4%18.8%respectively. Th prognosis was apparently influenced by clinical stage,age,tumor diameter and therapy methods,not influenced by operation extert.In Our opinion,the method of treating cervical adencarcinoma is combin-ing operation with radiotherapy,the operation mode adopts total hysterectomy and salpingoophorectomy.
