Comparison of TP and GP regimen in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To study for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) using the GP program and comparison of the efficacy of TP programs.Methods Untreated advanced NSCLC 40 patients,according to the different treatment methods were divided into GP group (20 cases) and TP group (20 cases).The two groups after 3 cycles of chemotherapy were collected two sets of clinical data and clinical assessment of efficacy and toxicity.Results TP and the GP term effect of two rates were 50.0% and 45%,KPS score improvement rates were 30% and 40%.Terms of toxicity,GP-based reduction in the number of platelet,TP group reduce the number of white blood cells mainly were in the tolerable range.Conclusion GP programs and TP program is effective and with advanced NSCLC,there are some differences in adverse reactions,according to different individuals use different chemotherapy regimens.
