Studies on the Fluorometric Analysis.I.

A simple apparatus which is sensitive to weak fluorescence was devised for fluorocolorimetricdetermination by use of directly connected selenium photoelectric cell.By use of this apparatus, fluorocolorimetric determination of aluminium with morin is investigated on the stability of fluorescence, relations, e.g.the amount of morin and the intensity of fluorescence, the amount of acetic acid andthe intensity of fluorescence, the effect of the amount of alcohol on the intensity of fluorescence, the effect of temperature, and the effect of salts and the necessary requirements for fluorocolorimetricderermination of aluminium are clarified.
