Experience in Rescuing Patients with Liver-Spleen Rupture through Emergency Green Track

Objective To explore the emergency treatment of liver and spleen rupture and to discuss the values of emergency green track in the rescue of liver and spleen rupture.Methods A total of 51 liver-spleen rupture patients rescued via the emergency green track were analyzed.Early check,early diagnosis,early treatment,and supportive treatment were carried out.Results Of the 51 patients,47 restored and 4 died,with a clinical cure rate of 92.16%.Conclusion Emergency green track is of great importance in the management of liver-spleen rupture,which helps to avoid the medical dispute between doctors and suffers.
