The progress of study on the targeted immunotherapy based on XAGE-1b antigen in prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is one of the most common malignancies in men, which threats to men’s healthseriously. Its development is a complex process of multi-gene interaction and interaction, the immune response plays an important role in the whole process. With the development of immunology and tumor microenvironmentinprostate cancer, the targeted immunotherapy isconsidered the most promising treatment for prostate cancer. XAGE-1b antigen is a prostate cancer-associated antigen with strong immunogenicity. A large number of studies have shown that it is closely related to the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer, many researchers believe that XAGE-1b antigen isa potential target forimmunotherapy in advanced prostate cancer. Inthis review, we perform a review of the research progress on the targeted immunotherapy based on XAGE-1b antigen in prostate cancer.
