Advances in application and research of paediatric vitrectomy

Transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy system and plasmin have been applied in paediatric vitrectomy recently.Besides that,en bloc perfluorodissection,endoscope application,dye extrusion technique and other new techniques are likely to be applied in paediatric vitrectomy.All above represent the new advances in paediatric vitrectomy.
