A case of a woman 52 years old with a clinical picture of slowly progressive chronic meningoencephalitis with a tendency to decline until the stupor, began with an unusual clinical presentation of cerebral tuberculosis, which led to the diagnosis two and a half months after receiving multiple treatments of which were unsuccessful; resonance imaging of brain were unusual presentation, there was great variability in reports of cytochemical CSF, the polymerase chain reaction indicated positive tuberculosis, posterior at the beginning of antifimic treatment presented clinical improvement and no change in MRI after a year and a half of antifimic treatment. We present the following case to present a picture of tuberculous meningoencephalitis
