Analysis of the application effect of quality control circle activity on the rehabilitation of social function of the patients with psychiatric

Objective To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activity on the rehabilitation of the patients with psychiatric. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with psychiatric at the course of recuperation treated in psychiatry department of our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random digital table method, 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing, while the observation group were treated with quality control circle activity on the basis of routine nursing care.The scale of social function for psychosis in patients (SSFPI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the social function and mental status of patients of the two groups before and after nursing, and the scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS) was used to evaluate the improvement of psychiatric and pathological symptoms of patients of the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression, the positive and negative symptom scores of the patients of the two groups after nursing were decreased, and the mental status and the psychiatric symptoms of the patients were improved, of which the improvement of the observation group were more significant(P<0.05). The scores of social function of patients of the two groups were improved after nursing, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity can effectively improve the psychiatric and pathological symptoms, social function and mental status of the patients with psychiatric at the course of recuperation.
