Results and recommendations of the working group Control agents and methods

The working group’s discussions dealt first with locust control agents and their characteristics, including strategies and development stages to which they are best suited. In this context, preventive control should be understood to mean any strategy developed to avoid widespread infestation. The second part of the discussion concerned control methods, and concluded with a general recommendation.
