Modificările hepatice în timpul sarcinii şi monitorizarea gravidei în asistenţa medicală primară

2021
During pregnancy, anatomical and functional changes occur in all organs and systems of the body. The family doctor evaluates the morphofunctional changes in the liver and bile ducts throughout the pregnancy. These morphological and functional changes have often no clinical expression. Morphofunctional changes in the liver and bile ducts cause changes in laboratory tests results. The family doctor has an important role in assessing the pregnant woman and in diagnosing liver and bile ducts pathology early. It is necessary to identify and monitor the risk factors for liver damage: acute fatty liver during pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis, cholelithiasis, hepatitis A, B, C, E. The active monitoring for the assessment of suspected hepatobiliary disease involves the medical history and a systematic clinical examination, as well as diagnostic testing to exclude other causes.
