Effects of patient teaching, educational materials, and coaching using telephone on dyspnea and physical functioning among persons with heart failure

Abstract Heart failure (HF) is a major cause of death in Thailand and other developing countries. This study shows that a coaching using telephone program is an accessible and feasible strategy that helps patients with HF to self-manage HF symptoms, decrease dyspnea, and improve physical functioning at home.
