Facing the fierce medical market competition,the hospital administrators paid more and more attention to the importance of the intelligence more and more,and collecting competitive intelligence was an important step of competitive intelligence work.This paper explained collection of competition intelligence from source,collective method and basic principle,which offered the reference basis to hospital administrator.
