Background Primary hepatic sarcomatous carcinoma (PHSC) is a rare malignancy composed of both carcinomatous (either hepatocellular or cholangiocellular) and sarcomatous components. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the imaging and clinical findings of PHSCs, improving the understanding and diagnosis of tumors.
