Interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor on amniotic infection in premature rupture of membranes predict the significance of combined

2011
Objective: Evaluation of interleukin-1(IL-1) and granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) in predicting asymptomatic amniotic infection in premature rupture of the role of combined. Methods: The leves of serum interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels in 72 cases of asymptomatic premature rupture of membranes(study group) were detected, and with the same period 72 cases of normal pregnancy(control group) were compared. Results: The serum levels of interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels were higher, the difference was significant(152.37 ± 37.86 pg /ml vs 80.52 ± 29.90 pg /ml,109.28 ± 51.67 vs 80.51 ± 23.39,P0.05).Conclusion: The serum interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony stimulating factor levels higher than those in the control group,interleukin-1 and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor asymptomatic rupture of the membranes can be used as a predictor of combined intra-amniotic infection.
