Experimental Study on the Treatment of Vinorelbine Leakage-induced Injury by Lithospermi Oil and Anisodamine

Objective To explore safe and effective treatments for vinorelbine leakage-induced injury.Methods Rabbit models of vinorelbine leakage-induced injury in 12 rabbits were established and randomly divided into groups A,B,C and D(n=3 in each group),which were subjected to external application of compound recipe lithospermi oil after local block therapy with anisodamine and hot compress,infrared radiation after local block therapy with hyaluronidase,external application of Yunnan white powder mixed in 75% ethanol,and un-treatment respectively.Histological examination of local tissue was done on 2nd and 7th day after treatment.Severity of local skin lesions were graded on 20th day after treatment.Results There was significant difference in the histological changes of local skin tissue and the severity of local skin lesions(all P0.01).The curative effect was best in group A.Conclusion External application of compound recipe lithospermi oil after local block therapy with anisodamine and hot compress can lessen local tissue injury induced by vinorelbine leakage and promote the tissue repair.
