Application of Two-sided Uterine Arteries Embolization of a Scar Pregnancy

Objective:To study the clinic value of therapy by artificial abortion of a scar pregnancy,after two-sided uterina arteria embolization.Methods:7 cases of uterine scar pregnancy were intervented with embolization of MTX 100 mg by 5F cobra and chemical medicine in bilatetrral ulterine arteries,then artificial abortion was performed after 3~5 days.Results:7 cases of the therapy were successful,there was not hemorrhage,also with a follow-up visiting about 2-6 months.Conclusions:It is a safe and efficient method for the uterine scar pregnancy,the method is simple,the untoward effect is seldom,and the success ratio is extremely high,but it can prevent the rupture of uterus and control hemorrhage effectively.
