The Research of Roll Extrusion Forming Process and Equipment of Non-straight-walled Cylinder Shape Workpiece

According to the characteristics of geometric shape of the non-straight-walled cylinder shape workpiece,the set of roll forging and extruing as one of the compound roll extrusion forming process was proposed based on the comprehensive analysis of roll forging and extrusion processes in this paper.Also the equipment design was introduced for this process,and computer-aided simulation verification was conducted.
