Application of L Shaped Skin Flap in Repairing Skin Defect

Objective:To introduce a clinical method for repairing skin defect.Method:The L-shaped skin flaps were used to repair 32 patients with skin defect after skin tumor ectomy,including 18cases in facial parts,5 cases in body parts and 9 cases in extremities.The areas of skin defect varies from 1.0cm×1.0cm to 10cm×8cm.Result:All skin flaps were survived satisfactorily with primary healing,no case except.Conclusion:L shaped skin flap is a useful technique to repair skin defect after tumor ectomy,with adventage of easy operation and safty blood supply.
