A theoretical solution to thickness variation of bending metal sheet with perfect plasticity and linear hardening character

The bending process of metal sheet with perfect plasticity and linear hardening charaeter is analysed.A new theoretical solution to the variation of the sheet thickness,the radius of outer bending surface and the thin-out coefficient with the radius of inner bending surface is presented.The theoretical results are compard with experiment data used in forming processing.
