Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma in blood and bone marrow: a rare presentation of leukemic phase at diagnosis

A 65-year-old man presented to the Medical Oncology Department with complaints of low-grade fever and swelling on the left side of his neck which he had noticed 2 weeks before and which was gradually progressive.
