Takayasu arteritis with dilated cardiomyopathy and aortic dissection: a rare presentation

We report a peculiar case of TA in a young male Pakistani patient presenting with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and aortic dissection. To our knowledge this is the first reported case of TA with DCM and aortic dissection simultaneously.
