Diagnosis values by dynamic electrocardiogram in variant angina pectoris

2012
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value by routine etectrocardiagram and dynamic electrocardiogram in patients with variant angina. Methods Conventional ECG and 24 h Holter test were performed and the results were compared in 80 patients with variant angina. Results Injurytype ST-segment elevation with the corresponding ST-segment depression,T-wave inversion or flattening in high-am-plitude T-wave corresponding lead, ventricular premature contraction, accelerated idioventricular rhythm, atrioventricular conduction block, giant R-wave and U-wave inversion, the detection rates of these abnormal ECG patierns were obversiouly higher than ECG.There was a significant difference (P <0.05).The peak time for the ECG abnormalities onset of variant angina was 00:00-08:00.Conclusions Dynamic ECG can show the whole process of variant angina, therefore it has a great value for guiding the diagnostic rate of variant angina.
