Global Attracting Set of a Class of Neutral Hopfield Neural Networks

In the paper, we discuss the neutral Hopfield neural networks model. By using the spectral properties of matrix and differential inequality technique we derive the criteria of invariant set and global attracting set. Especially, we also give the sufficient condition for global stability when the system has an equilibrium point.
