Assessing the responsiveness of sonographic biomarkers to Brodalumab therapy in Hidradenitis Suppurativa.

2021
In Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), the identification of disease activity biomarkers is a key priority1 . Sonographic-based imaging biomarkers have been established as valid measurements of baseline disease activity2,3 , however the response of epidermal thickness, tunnel diameter and power Doppler intensity3 in the setting of pharmacologic therapy is unknown.
