Lumps and bumps in children

Papular skin lesions are common in children. Probably the most useful initial clue to diagnosis is the colour of the lesion, i.e. brown, red, yellow, white (skin-coloured) or blue. With this approach in mind, this article illustrates and reviews the features of some of the more common 'lumps and bumps' in children. (author abstract)
