Australian community health service and general practitioner training introduction and its reference to Chinese public health

Based on the experience of health delivery system,community health service system and general practitioner training in Australia,the references in China were discussed.Firstly,global budget payment system could be used to manage community health service fund.Secondly,the scope of community health service and general practitioner should be improved.Thirdly,the functions of general practitioner as gatekeeper and fund manager could be improved.
