Analysis of vehicles brake calipers regeneration process

Keeping up in a competitive market parts industry requires the development of technologies of repairing or regeneration. Many car parts are cast iron and can be repaired by weld overlay cladding, for example calipers, cylinder heads and engine blocks. Durability of devices and machines are limited by a lifetime of individual components.  Parts renovated by flood welding meet all parameters of new parts and in many cases are even more durable than them. The price of a renovated part used in this technology is much less cheaper than a new part [1-7].
