Atteinte œsophagienne au cours de la sclérodermie : manométrie ou examen tomodensitométrique ?

A comparizon between oesophageal dysmotility detected by manometric examination and morphologic abnormality of oesophagus shown by chest tomodensitometric examination in systemic sclerosis is established. Over 20 patients with a 2 years following for 8 of them, the both examination are usefull.
