Metástase cerebral como manifestação clínica inicial de cancer de esôfago - raro Relato de Caso.

We report a case of cancer of esophagus, with rare clinical manifestation: brain metastases. Initially approached by neurosurgery, successfully, the histopathological study of the surgical biological resected signaled possible gastrointestinal origin. Further histopathologically studied, was identified: advanced distal esophageal neoplastic. Based on updated scientific information on specialized clinical case, we found that it was a rare clinical case with highly unfavorable prognosis for the patient. However, with care and clinical treatment protocol, ethical, multi cautious: we had better clinical outcomes for the patient, compared to the information researched and recorded in this Case Report. We hope to highlight for the medical community, in general, the complexity with which oncological diseases may present and the need for multidisciplinary approaches to clinical ethics protocol, both shared with the patient and with their families. Under these conditions, unexpected results can be achieved.
