Effectiveness of Brentuximab vedotin before and after allogeneic stem cell transplantation in the management of transformed mycosis fungoides

: Brentuximab vedotin (BV) is an antibody-drug conjugate, composed of a humanized anti-CD30 IgG1 and of the anti-mitotic monomethyl auristatine E1 . The interest of BV in the management of CD30-positive mycosis fungoides (MF) and primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma has recently been demonstrated compared to methotrexate or bexarotene.
