A simple and efficient one-step protocol for the preparation of alkyl-substituted ammonium tetrafluoroborate and hexafluorophosphate salts

Abstract A fast and high yielding one-step protocol using commercially available and inexpensive bulk chemicals is described for the preparation of a series of mono-, di-, and trialkyl-substituted ammonium tetrafluoroborate and hexafluorophosphate salts under nonaqueous condition.
