Granular cell tumor of the larynx

: Granular cell tumors are unusual tumors that can affect any site of the body, with most cases affecting the head and neck region. First described by Abrikossoff, considerable debate has surrounded the histogenesis of this neoplasm. We report a case of granular cell myoblastoma of the larynx. Histological features are described. The treatment was surgical removal, endoscopically.
