Vasculitis leucocitoclástica posvacunación contra influenza: Comunicación de un caso y revisión de la bibliografía

A case of a 31-year-old female patient who, after three days of the application of Vaxigrip vaccine (seasonal influenza) reported the appearance of painful scattered nodules which ulcered in a period of 4 days, reason why she consulted the service of Dermatology at Hospital 20 de Noviembre ISSSTE where she was diagnosed with leukocytoclastic vasculitis secondary to vaccination. This article makes emphasis on the most frequent and significant complications secondary to the application of the influenza vaccine, some of them may become life-threatening and not all cases are reversible, we put special attention to those that are at great risk for these complications in order to prevent them.
