Detect the Gene of CT and UU of Non-gonococcd Urthritis by Fluorescence Quantitative PCR

2005
Objective To detect quantitotively the of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT) in non-genococcal urethritis by technoligy of fluorescence quantitalive polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR),to understand further infections condition of UU and CT ,and to provide clinical treatment evidence to the disease. Methods Detect 780 speciments by techmology of FQ-PCR of all these, 320 speciments were male and 460 specients were female. Results The positive rate of UU was 30.13%(235/782) of all these ,male positive rate of CT was 11.56%(37/320) and female was 43.04%(198/460), The positive rate of CT was10.64%(83/780) of all these, male positive rate was 9.68%(31/320) and female was 11.30%(52/460). infections rate of UU had obvious statistics differnce between males and females(P0.01),but CT hadn't(P0.05). Conclusion Technology of FQ-PCR is simple, rapid, excellent and accurafe. FQ-PCR have directive meaning for the dagnosis and trentment.
