On the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Special Education Development in Guangxi

Special education in Guangxi has accomplished achievements and at the same time, there are still some problems. For example, the school conditions are poor, the education funds and teachers are insufficient, the special education system is incomplete,and the administrative level of the schools is low. We should take effective measures to solve these problems, such as improving enrollment rate of special education, setting up the plural system of education investment, improving teacher's quality, strengthening administration of special schools, improving the special education system in conformity with social economic development to enhance it develop in harmony.
