Emergency Treatment for obstruction of thoracic part with severe dyspnea

Objective:To explore the effective methods of treatment for obstruction of thoracic part with severe dyspnea.Methods:Emergency procedure for 34 cases of obstruction of thoracic part with severe dyspnea(3-4 degree of dyspnea) were analyzed retrospectively.Results:An airway was successfully opened in all the cases and no death was found.Conclution:Tracheotomy and dilatation with pediatric bronchoscopy are the effective and safe method to open the airway for obstruction of thoracic part with severe dyspnea.
