The invention discloses an exoskeleton thigh connecting device which comprises a leg rotating joint (1) and a hip rotating shaft (8), and further comprises a damping pad (2), a bearing (3), a nut (4), a check ring (5), a fixing pin (6) and a limiting block (7). The leg rotating joint (1) is cylindrical. A circular stepped sunk hole is formed in the upper end of the leg rotating joint (1). Two circular through holes are evenly distributed in the side face of the circumference of the upper end of the leg rotating joint (1). When the exoskeleton thigh connecting device works, the hip rotating shaft (8) transmits force to a base ring of the bearing (3) through a middle ring and a ball of the bearing (3), the base ring of the bearing (3) transmits force to the leg rotating joint (1) through the damping pad (2), and a groove of the limiting block (7) limits the inward-rotating and outward-rotating angle of the hip rotating shaft (8) relative to the leg rotating joint (1). By means of the exoskeleton thigh connecting device, the inward-rotating and outward-rotating angle of the hip rotating shaft relative to the leg rotating joint can be easily adjusted.
