An all-solid-state lithium-ion secondary cell provided with a collector layer, positive-electrode and negative-electrode active substance layers, and a solid electrolyte layer, wherein the present invention is characterized in that the active substance layers are disposed between the collector layer and the solid electrolyte layers, lithium-ion conductivity in the electrode thickness direction is suppressed, and the lithium-ion conductivity of the active substance is greater on the collector side than on the solid electrolyte side. As a result, a high-capacity all-solid-state lithium-ion secondary cell can be provided.
