Design of Slide Plate Type of Bending Die

A practical structure of slide plate type of bending die has been presented for forming of ring parts with description of the operating principle of the die.The vertically float die block and slide plate of combination movement have been adopted in the die to form a ring part on a single stroke of the press with high productivity.The workpieces will be gripped on a spring pressure throughout forming and without offset,hence high quality of the workpieces formed.
